High-Temperature Repair Paste (Up to 1100°C)
Zollex Exhaust System Sealant is a high-temperature resistant sealing compound designed for the repair and assembly of exhaust system components. With a heat resistance of up to 1100°C, it effectively seals joints, cracks, and leaks in mufflers, manifolds, catalytic converters, and exhaust pipes.
The formula is reinforced with heat-stable minerals and binders to withstand extreme thermal cycling and vibration without cracking, flaking, or burning off.
Ideal For:
- Exhaust system joints and flanges
- Mufflers and resonators
- Metal pipes and flexible sections
- Fireplaces, furnaces, and other high-heat equipment

APPLICATION:

Ensure surface is clean and dry. Remove rust, oil, and debris.

Apply a uniform layer of the sealant to the damaged area or joint.

Assemble parts if needed.

Let the sealant air cure for 2–3 hours.

Start the engine and let it run to full operating temperature to cure the product completely.
For best results, avoid water or coolant contact before heat curing.
