D1 Active Foam

Zollex D1 Active Foam is a high-performance, concentrated cleaning solution formulated for contactless vehicle washing. Designed for use in foam cannons, foam generators, and dosing systems (Dosatron), it produces a thick, stable foam that clings to the surface, effectively dissolving and loosening dirt, road grime, oil residues, insect remains, and other contaminants. Its pH-balanced formula is safe for all types of automotive paint, chrome, glass, and plastic, making it suitable for both professional and home use.

Dilution Ratios:

• Foam Cannon: 1:3 to 1:8 (product to water in the foam bottle) depending on the level of dirt

• Foam Generator: 1:50 to 1:80 (in the main tank)

• Dosatron / Dosing Pump: 1–2% solution

Application Instructions:

1. Pre-rinse the vehicle to remove loose dirt and debris.

2. Prepare the working solution according to the recommended dilution ratio for your equipment.

3. Apply foam evenly from bottom to top to ensure full coverage and maximum dwell time.

4. Allow the foam to work for 1–3 minutes to soften and loosen dirt (do not let it dry on the surface).

5. Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water from top to bottom.

6. For heavily soiled areas, follow with manual washing using a wash mitt or sponge.
