Zollex stainless steel hose clamps (German Type) are high-strength, precision-engineered fasteners designed for demanding applications in automotive, industrial, and agricultural settings. Manufactured from high-grade AISI 430 stainless steel, they ensure excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical durability, and long-term reliability even in harsh environments.

These clamps are equipped with a solid pressed housing and cold-formed worm gear screw, delivering uniform clamping force without damage to the hose or tubing. The German Type construction features a rolled band edge and non-perforated inner surface, which prevents hose extrusion and ensures a tight, leak-proof seal.

Zollex clamps are ideal for securing fuel lines, coolant hoses, air ducts, irrigation pipes, and other flexible tubing in both low- and high-pressure systems. The wide diameter range—from 8 mm up to 160 mm—makes them suitable for everything from small-diameter vacuum lines to large industrial hoses.
