🛞 Emergency Tire Sealant & Inflator
Zollex Tire Doctor is a fast-acting emergency solution for sealing punctures and inflating tires without removing the wheel or using tools. Designed for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers, and light trucks, it works on both tubeless and tube-type tires.
The active foam formula rapidly forms a self-vulcanizing seal that blocks punctures up to 6 mm in diameter. At the same time, it delivers compressed propellant to inflate the tire, allowing you to drive safely to a repair shop.
Ideal for roadside emergencies, Zollex Tire Doctor helps restore tire pressure, prevents further air loss, and gets you back on the road within minutes — cleanly and easily.

APPLICATION:
✅ Preparation
-
Choose the correct can size
Make sure the can is appropriate for your tire size (450 ml for up to 17″, 650 ml for 18″ and above). A smaller can may not provide enough sealant to fill the tire properly. -
Rotate the tire
Move the vehicle until the puncture is at the 6 o’clock position (at the bottom).
If possible, place the valve stem near the same position for best distribution.
🛑 Do not skip this step — it ensures reliable sealing and inflation.
🔄 The Main Part
-
Shake the can vigorously for 30–60 seconds
This activates the sealant formula for optimal effectiveness. -
(Optional but useful) If the tire still contains some air, release a bit to create space for the sealant.
This helps ensure the full contents of the can enter the tire. -
Attach the hose tightly to the valve
Twist securely until sealed. Remove the safety cap. -
Hold the can upright
Do not tilt or shake while dispensing.
Press the button and allow the entire contents to enter the tire. The tire will start to inflate visibly. -
Remove the hose quickly after spraying stops
Some residual foam may escape at the valve — this is normal. Wipe or rinse if needed.
🚗 Post-Application (Critical Step)
-
Drive immediately for 3–6 km
This distributes the sealant throughout the tire and allows residual propellant to expand, increasing pressure and sealing the puncture fully.
🛑 Do not skip this step — it ensures reliable sealing and inflation. -
Check the tire pressure
If the rim is still low to the ground, inflate the tire to the correct PSI using a pump or compressor. -
Avoid delaying inflation
If left too long, dried sealant may clog the valve, requiring replacement. Always top off air immediately after the drive.
✅ Final Check
-
Monitor the tire overnight
After driving and inflating, check the tire pressure again after 24–36 hours to confirm that the seal is holding. Reinflate slightly if needed. -
Visit a tire service
Zollex Tire Doctor provides a temporary fix. Always have the tire professionally inspected and repaired as soon as possible.
⚠️ Warnings:
-
Do not use for sidewall damage or large gashes.
-
Drive at moderate speeds after application (under 80 km/h / 50 mph).
-
One full can treats one flat tire.
-
Store in a cool, dry place.
